- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- Chili crisp (suited to your desired spice level)
- Green onions for garnishing (optional)
Instructions
- To a bowl, add your flour, salt, and water. Knead for a minute then transfer to a clean, flat surface.
- Knead for another 5 minutes, or until dough ball is smooth.
- To a pot of boiling water, using scissors, cut your dough ball into thin strips about 1/2 in. long into the boiling water, allowing noodles to cook for 3-4 min., depending on thickness.
- Strain noodles and place back in pot. Mix with your sauce of choice (I mixed with chili crisp) and enjoy.
