- 1 tablespoon chili crisp or chili oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Optional: Roasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Add the chili crisp or chili oil, minced garlic, toasted sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well to combine.
- If desired, sprinkle in roasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added texture and freshness.
- Taste the sauce and adjust as needed—add more chili oil for heat, vinegar for tang, or sugar for sweetness. Serve alongside my freshly cooked dumplings, and enjoy!
